We will complete the entire OCI application for you, guid you through the process and book you into VFS.
Application forms should be filled in fully and accurately. It is an offense to give false information in the Application.
Handwritten forms are not accepted. All forms must be filled online.
Application Process:
If you are applying for OCI card and Renunciation certificate together, make sure all the supporting documents are attached separately for both the applications. If the same document is required in both processes, you must enclose it twice.
Even though not required, colour photocopies of all the relevant documents are preferred.
Apart from Indian, applications submitted via agencies or any third party will be denied or rejected.

Application via Mail:
Applicants are themselves required to submit their applications in case of OCI card
Send applications via mails wherein the delivery status can be tracked.
Appropriately label all the envolpes including the departments they belong to
US Military members applying from Iraq need to submit prepaid air bill
Overall processing of the application will take 7 – 10 working days at the Cox & King Global Services
In case your application is incomplete, for a period of 2 weeks the application will be kept on hold and the consulate will try and get in touch for the same. If there is no response from the applicant the application fees will be returned deducting the service charges. This would take up to 10 working days
